Booking and payment
Send us your date and group size on WhatsApp. We confirm within 24 hours and send you a payment link; the tour is paid in full to confirm. We then agree the start time and your hotel pick-up. All prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL).
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before. 50% refund from 7 days to 72 hours before. No refund under 72 hours or for no-shows. One free date change up to 72 hours before, subject to availability. If we cancel, or the tour can't run because of a Sugarloaf or Christ the Redeemer closure or severe weather, you get a new date or a full refund.

How is the price calculated?
The price is fixed per group size: R$3,500 for 1–2 guests, R$4,900 for 3–4 guests, R$6,300 for 5–6 guests. A solo traveller pays the 1–2 guest rate.
Which languages is the tour in?
English, Portuguese or Spanish. Choose when you book.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes. We pick you up at your hotel and drop you back there at the end of the tour.
Is lunch included?
No. Lunch is not included, so you can eat where and when you like.
Can we choose the start time?
Yes, subject to availability. Tell us your preferred time when you book and we confirm it on WhatsApp.
What happens if it rains or an attraction closes?
If we cancel, or the tour can't run because of a Sugarloaf or Christ the Redeemer closure or severe weather, we reschedule or refund you in full.
